A True Partnership
Rachel Kleinpaste the Owner/Operator of K20 Partners. She is an organized and efficient accounting professional with an AA in Accounting and specialization in Human Resources. She has 28 years of hands-on accounting and HR experience in construction, spirit wholesale, health services, restaurant and nonprofit fields. Rachel is a strong organizer with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and effective collaboration with owners and staff to reach business goals.
In her spare time Rachel enjoys a long-time crafter, participates in numerous outdoor activities and enjoys volunteering for several nonprofit organizations. She is very happily a wife, mom, dog parent and is based in the Pacific Northwest of Washington.

Lars Kleinpaste is the IT Consultant for K20. He has worked in the financial technology field for over 30 years. With a wide range of technical skills accrued over that time Lars provides current guidance for clients in need of technical assistance from workstation to Cloud services and security compliance.
In his spare time Lars enjoys the great outdoors, Jeeping, medieval recreation and PC gaming as well as spending time with his family and pets.
